Happy Birthday Payton/ We are in our house!

We have moved into our house. Wow-it is so awesome but we do miss our gramee and papa's house too! I took a few quick pictures of our kitchen and Payton's room! Stocky was sleeping so I"ll have to do his room and the rest of our house next!





Happy Birthday to my Payton. He is FIVE. I love him so much. It really makes me sad how time just keeps going.

Extended Cousins

One of my favorite things about moving home is spending time with our extended cousins and getting to know them better. We just had alunch with Braxton and Jaesee and we got to play with Elissa!

Football Boys

Here are just a few pictures of the past few weeks of our life. Jackson's sweet Aunt Mavie passed away. His Aunt was a sweet lady,the oldest child, and a great aunt to Jackson. She has two kids that are so amazing and great examples to us. They lost their father about a year ago also. The picture of the temple is the Jordan River Temple in SLC. When you walked out of his aunts funeral that was the first thing I saw. Jackson cousin had a special experience with her mothers death and used Pres. Monson talk about Change alot and how we need to adapt and enjoy life (each moment of it)!

I just love our mtns in Utah-the leaves were changing and fresh snow was coming down!

Great Grandma Taylor's Funeral

Jackson's sweet great grandma Taylor died this past week. She was an amazing lady. She was 97 years old and you would have never guessed that. Even the morning she died she was up working in her garden, and watering her flowers. She laid down for a nap and never woke up. She lived alone and never needed help even at the age of 97. I hope I am like her. Jackson's mom is alot like her-I am grateful we have that blood and that my mother inlaw is like her-because they are such great ladies!Chris (Jackson's mom) said she loved going to grandma Taylor's house-and Payton is the same way! We will miss grandma Taylor.

Weekend Fun

We had such a fun weekend with my sister,brother inlaw and cousins! We went to the hogle zoo, swimming, and celebrated my nephews bday! We even ate at the Spaghetti Factory (which was not his number choice for a bday dinner) But thanks Colm~! We even got to watch some soccer and football games-and got some shopping in! I am so grateful for my sister(she is such a great example to me-I'm so glad she is my big sis and friend!) and my brother inlaw (he is like a brother to me). I love them so much and we had such a great time. I love being back closer to them. We miss them already! Thanks for the great weekend Laro Family!! (PS-sorry for so many pictures)

Our house is coming along-It sure feels like it is taking FOREVER!!

My Best Friend

Today Jackson left for a week for training in Texas. You think I would be used to it because of all the time we spent apart with Air Traffic Control Training and Delta-but I'm NOT. It was all I could do to not cry when he drove away-and he was only gone for an hour and Payton was already saying he missed his dad. Jackson is the best dad in the world, both our boys prefer him over me and he loves it. When he gets home from work he drops everything to please his boys and still makes time for me! I love him so much and I hope I can make it through the week without him and especially without his help! We all miss you babe!

Preschool-Spiderman-and Brothers!

Wow-What a week! Payton started Preschool-which is so bitter-sweet! Stocky was pretty bored with just hangin with mom-but is very proud that him and brother both have spider-man shirts~! Payton and Stockton love to play at our house!

AH......Family

So this weekend was a great weekend for me and my boys. My sweet sister inlaw and brother inlaw babysat our boys for the weekend. They spoiled the boys of course-and Jackson and I had a WONDERFUL weekend in the city! We shopped for our house-watched a movie and ate the whole time-with no boys hollering or poking at us! They took the boys to see the dinosaurs and took them swimming~! But they didn't get much sleep at night though.(That is due to Stocky) We are so grateful-for our weekend away-I hadn't left Stocky yet-so it was so nice to be with just Jackson for a little bit~! Last night Payton was already asking when are we leaving again so he can stay at Aunt Nichole and Uncle Jordy's house again! We hope they still want to have kids! Thank you so much Aunt Nichole and Uncle Jordy!

Unbelieveable

We have loved watching Micheal Phelps win his EIGHT Gold Medals~! He is amazing! If only we could eat is 12,000 calorie intake a day~! We miss watching him already.

We Are Building

 

Our first step to our own house! They have started to dig our basement-we are so excited. I think I went there five times yesterday to just watch them dig away (the boys did love watching the tractors)!!
